Cathedral Square is a 27 storey residential tower in the centre of Manchester. Designed by Jon Matthews Architects, the building will offer a mix of one, two, and three-bedroom apartments as well as ground-floor retail units, a cinema room, gym and lounge.

Fabrik provided facade consultancy for the Gateway 2 submission, resolving movement and tolerance challenges with the unitised system and providing key technical submissions (facade structural and thermal engineering) as part of the GW2 submittal.
