The vision for this development is to blend modern private living with vibrant, health-driven communal areas that encourage wellbeing, personal growth, and connection. Delivering this vision within the planning requirements of the London Borough of Wandsworth involved demonstrating strong environmental performance, material efficiency, and alignment with evolving sustainability expectations

The treatment of the facade aims to pick up the successful elements of the previously consented scheme, such as the clear textured vertical elements and the additions of metal panelling with new additional elements to compliment and enhance the facade. The scheme presents stepped reveals and panels with a variation of hue, depth, texture and shadow. The facades are articulated across the scheme and broken into the elements of base, body, amenity and crown. This helps break the massing while complimenting the rhythm of the facades whilst enhancing active frontage and user experience.

Fabrik are acting in the role of Facade Consultant supporting HTA develop the Stage 3+ design, then moving into a compliance monitoring role once a specialist subcontractor are on board through the Gateway 2 process. We will support through construction stage until completion.
