The Position

We are looking for a motivated and curious Graduate Facade Engineer to join our specialist consultancy practice. This is an exciting entry point into the world of facade engineering — a highly technical and rewarding discipline at the intersection of architecture, structural engineering, building physics and materials science.

You will be integrated into a team of experienced facade engineers from day one, gaining hands-on exposure to live projects while being supported through a structured programme of mentoring and professional development.

This is a full-time hybrid role based at our Engineering Hub in Wrocław (Poland), with the flexibility to work from home part of the time.

Key responsibilities

Assist in the structural design and analysis of facade systems under the guidance of senior engineers

• Prepare and check structural calculations, technical drawings, and project documentation

• Support the preparation of technical reports, specifications, and tender submissions

• Attend site visits, factory inspections, and client meetings to develop practical project knowledge

• Carry out research into facade materials, systems, and relevant design standards

• Contribute to internal knowledge sharing and continuous improvement initiatives

Required skills

• A genuine interest in facade engineering and the built environment

• Fundamental understanding of structural principles and building physics

• Familiarity with AutoCAD, Rhino, Dlubal or similar design/modelling software is advantageous

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

• Eagerness to learn, take ownership, and grow within a specialist environment

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English

Qualifications and experience

• Degree in Civil or Structural Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Architecture & Engineering, or a closely related technical discipline
